hi, so here is my problem: i have set up rules to notify me when hardware goes down, but if something like a switch goes down, i get an email about the switch going down AND anything else attached to it (servers, printers, other switches etc.). what i would like is to set it up so that i only get emailed (or paged) about the switch being down. im not sure if there is some complex way of setting up rules involving different classes, groups, locations, or systems, or if this is something that would best be resolved by some sort of relationship feature...
