That "Loading..." box is an indicator that the dialog template can't
be found. Try accessing /zport/dmd/Devices/dialog_moveDevices. If
you can't, therein lies your problem; the URL isn't being rewritten
properly. If you can, then something funkier is going on. I'll set it
up myself and do some testing.
