W2k3 has a lot more security options, for one thing, I'm pretty sure it won't
respond to the public community by default. Also, it's set to only take SNMP
requests from the local host by default.

Co to the services control pannel applet (or run services.msc from the command
line), find the NSMP server, right click and choose properties. Check all the
panels, you'll probably have to make changes on more than one of them.

Subject: [zenoss-users] Zenoss would not see Windows 2003 servers

I keep failing to add a Windows 2003 server as a device to be monitored by
Zenoss. I've installed the snmp on the server. Are there any other
configurations i am missing.
