Hi Paul,

How can you tell that you aren't getting any stats? No graphs on the perf tab or for the interfaces?

Do you have your community string set right for the devices?

You can test this by doing: snmpwalk -v 1 -c <yourstring> <device name or IP> system

If this does work, then make sure that the zProperties for the device or device class has the right community name.

If this is NOT the problem, see if you can post more detail.

Hi all,

I'm using the pre-built vm v2.0. I've set it all up and i'm monitoring about 30 servers both win and unix. The problem is, i'm not collecting any stats. If I reboot a server, thats logged and i get error reports etc but I don't get any general performance stats.

Do I need to enable these things, did i miss a page in the instruction manual?

Please help, i've spent hours looking at this..

 :(
