If I take the cli option off of zensocket within the zentrap script, it fails to start with the message:
Usage: /usr/local/zenoss/bin/zensocket [--ping:--listen:[interface:]port -- command to run It appears to me that zensocket doesn't like being called without either ping, or listen flags set. When set to listen, with no port, it errored on an invalid port number, and when set to ping, it obviously didn't launch the zentrap daemon. As for the suid fix, I found one of your previous posts via google saying to do that in 2.0. Thanks. :) On 6/26/07 9:54 PM, "cluther" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Take the command line options off the launchers so that they don't override > your configuration options. > > About zensocket.
