zenmigrate is the utility used to upgrade the object database from one version 
to the next. You need to run it everytime you upgrade, even if it is a single 
SVN revision because a change in the object database may be required.

You run it from the command line as the zenoss user by executing "zenmigrate"

As far as the graphs go, could you elaborate a bit more? When you go to the 
Perf tab do you have the list of graphs that should appear, and the zoom 
buttons for each with a missing graph? Or do you have graphs with no data in 
them?

Take a look at your $ZENHOME/log/events.log file to see if there are any errors 
appearing in there when you try to view a graph in the web interface.
