is there a how-to document on this that i'm not seeing. I think it would be very common to have a level of access between the default ZenUser and Manager access level that would allow adding, removing, and updating devices as well as acknowledging, moving to history, and logging to events. On the event issue I have already tried going to http://localhost:8080/zport/manage_access and added ZenUser to Manage Events. I have not seen any visible change in the WebUI that would reflect anyone who is a ZenUser to be able to manage events.
