Hello

I'm running Zenoss 2.0.0. I'm trying to upgrade it to 2.0.1 but having
problems.

I've downloaded and extracted the .tar.gz and run install.sh. I give it my
zenoss admin passsword, it detects that zenoss already exists, asks if I want
to use the existing database (I agree) and it goes away and does it's stuff.

Then I get:

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password:
NO)
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'zenoss'@'localhost' (using
password: YES)
mysql install, user or password is incorrect

At no time during running install.sh did it ask what the logins for mysql are
which I guess is why it's having problems. But... when I log onto the web
interface, the login box shows Zenoss 2.0.1 so it seems to have upgraded at
least the program files okay.

Does it need to do anything on the db as part of the upgrade? If not, then I
guess it's not a problem. If it does, can I run the required scripts against
my mysql db manually?

I suppose I should really find out how to fix it so it'll do future upgrades
properly, so any ideas? Is there a way to tell it what my mysql passwords are
or do I need to reset them to blank before doinng the upgrade?

thanks!

Dave
