Hi, Just copy the files (pywintypes.py and pythoncom.py) from source directory. For me it is in /tmp/zenoss-2.0.1/build/wmi-0.1.2/pycom/ and copy to /usr/local/zenoss/lib/python/

I am also having the same problem. I have installed using tarball and followed the documentation "Install from source". Zenoss-2.0.1 running on Fedora 6 box.
