Thanks, you gave me the solution : I never thought that something could already listen on the port and conflict with zentrap. There was a service called snmpdtrap which was hanging there (I just wonder how it came here without my asking as obviously it was never started before this morning). Anyway thanks, stopping this service solved the problem.
