Windows firewall is not enabled, the connection is through an ipsec tunnel in
tunnel mode (that sounds redundant, but it's not).

There are no errors in event log, and in fact there are no events being logged
in association with the error zenoss gets. Disabling wmi monitoring stops the
error.

In the windows\system32\logs folder, the wmi logs do log some events when I do
any of the windows-windows WMI testing, but absolutely nothing is logged in
those logs when zenoss is throwing the semaphore timeout errors.

I do have snmp informant installed. The graphs didn't show up until after I
upgraded to 2.0.2.
