siwat probably means he changed the path to the snmpd binary in
/etc/init.d/snmpd from /usr/sbin/snmpd to /usr/local/sbin/snmpd (if that's where
the hand-compiled snmpd binary is). on my RHEL5 box this is in line 30 in the
start() procedure.
