I'm not sure what exactly was the problem, but I was able to fix it.

I think mysql root password has to be set, before the zenoss install. I did not
had it set before.

I also changed my environment:
>From Python V 2.3.4 to Python V 2.4.4
>From MySQL V 5.0.21 to MySQL V 5.0.41

And also, previously I was running on a VPS (Virtual Private Server) with very
low memory (256MB). I'm not sure if that or memory was a problem.

My current environment:

Hardware: Pentium D, 1 GB Memory
CentOS-4.4, Zenoss-2.0.2 (Source Install), Python-2.4.4, MySQL-5.0.41(rpm
install)

Hopefully this will be of some help....

Good Luck!
