You only need to enable WMI on the windows servers (in the Services list), and in zenoss you have to configure the zProperties zWinPassword and zWinUser (password and login of an administrator account) for each windows server. Beware, zWinUser must be like : DOMAIN\username. If all the settings are correct, you should see zenoss collecting the events of the windows servers that are stored in these servers' event logs.
