Hi... Just a couple of annoying questions here:
1. I've backed up the installation, config, db, etc., and have a good .tgz file in the /backups folder but I can't send anywhere externally because neither FTP nor SAMBA are installed on the VM Appliance Linux installation. Any other easy way to do this? Just want to get the good backup file in an external location. 2. I'd also like to Putty into the VM. I've tried user: root pw: <blank> but that is not working. What's the recommended way to do this? I don't want to hose Zenoss' processes in case it makes calls to Linux using the root user and a blank password.
