WMI is turned off by default I think, so unless you turned it on...... anyways 
how to turn it off and on is below....

Under /Devices/Server/Windows go to the zProperties, scroll down to the bottom, 
and make sure that zWinEventlog is set to False and that zXmlRpcMonitorIgnore 
is set to True.  This should turn off WMI if you had it turned on there.

I never got WMI to work right and to keep these processes from failing.  I just 
upgraded to 2.0.3 have not tried turning back on WMI since.  I'm having other 
issues with the upgrade at the moment.
