You should be able to invoke just about any program. I've seen
notepad invoked remotely with winexe before. The one thing I know
doesn't work is build in shell commands such as dir.
I wonder if maybe the backslashes in your notepad invocation need to
be escaped or quoted differently.

Was the interactive program starting not working a bug, or a design
decision? It's just easy to check everything is working if I can
invoke notepad etc.

If it is not that, well no other idea since I'm in front of a KDC
problem now (it does not recognize the realm I set in zWinUser,
whereas WMI is working correctly, I don't understand...), so
winexe fails when attempting to log on the remote windows server.
