Hi, I have made some mappings for my syslog event, and also added some explanation / solution for each mapping. The mapping works fine. My question is how can I use the explanation / solution fields? Is there a way I can get the solution from event view? Here is the scene: when I saw event in event console, I want to click somewhere, same operation like the "detail" button, to show the explanation/solution for this event. Is that possible for zenoss 2.0.2?
