As previously mentioned, make sure net-snmp is logging and check the log
files.  This may or may not be relevant to you, but on RHEL3 and RHEL4
net-snmp ships with full access controls enabled - non-SNMP-V3 queries
will fail.  Implementing V1 and V2c queries requires some config file
magic which I believe is documented in the Zenoss pdf doc under a
net-snmp chapter.  If you cannot find it shout back and I will cleanup
one of our configs and email it out.
