Looks like you're using CentOS 4 or 4.5, since you're installing the red hat 4 package: zenoss-2.0.3-0.el4.i386.rpm.
I tried for quite some time to get Zenoss to work in 4.5 and it just gave more errors than I felt like dealing with. When you go to install the Deps, it conflicts with the YUM installed packages, and they both can't exist at the same time on the same machine.I suggest installing CentOS 5, then, you don't need the dependencies package, and the install should work flawlessly. Just install Mysql through YUM and not source, and you shouldn't have a problem. If you do, feel free to email with me, I currently have Zenoss up and running on Centos 5. ------------------------ Sean Dalton -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=9318#9318 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
