thanks guyverix. i was able to map the unknown events to an event class i created. i was also able to create a command under Event Manager to run a script when a trap to this event class is received.
the script just sends an e-mail. (bash) now my problem is, how do i incorporate the actual trap to this script? i want the script to send an e-mail including the trap. Here is the trap sample. I want all of this info in the e-mail.
