hi,
well, im trying to monitor the status of a thermal kiosk printer(bematech
kb-1800) connected to a remote internet kiosk via a serial cable. the problem
is that im not able to see that printer in the devices when i do a snmpwalk, so
as a result im not able to find its OID. im new to zenoss n need help
desperately. thanks for any help that would come my way. cheers
