I am not inclined to agree with you. Zenoss remodels all hosts on a given time period, something like 6 hours. If it just drops services I have told it to monitor then it has no value as a monitoring system, this is why i suspect it is a bug.

I even tried locking the OsProcess entry before the second remodel and that did not produce a different result.

I also tried to log a ticket, but the user they supply to gain access to the ticketing system does not have permission to create tickets. Ho-hum.
