Some more details are needed I think. How many devices are you monitoring? How many traps per second are you getting? Have you changed from the default config on the zenperf process? How many concurrent logins do you have at once? Are you running a lot of different rules against your trapping? How long has this instance of Zenoss been running? Have you rebooted the box to get a true baseline of what it is using right after a fresh start? (I can see from the PID's that the processes have been restarted, not the box)
