I recently added a local command to my cisco network device template to
backup the configs. After multiple restarts and a few days of waiting, it
still never ran. So I did some investigation, and it looked like none of the
performance monitoring at all was working. None of the SNMP stuff, uptime,
cpu, etc. No interface statistics either. There wasn't even a history of it
working. I know it was working back in 1.x, but I don't think I ever checked
after going to 2.0 and beyond. I deleted all of the Cisco devices from
zenoss and re-added.

When I do a zenperfsnmp run -v 9, I see the following related to my cisco
device:

INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:fetching configs for ['FL1-CL1-3560-A']
INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:removing device FL1-CL1-3560-A

Doing an snmpwalk of the device from within zenoss is successful. All the
other devices on the zenperfsnmp show up earlier saying
"DEBUG:zen.zenperfsnmp:received config for <device name>", but the cisco
devices never do that. Anyone have any more suggestions for me?

$ZENHOME/perf is owned exclusively by the zenoss user.
