Hello,
I started working with Zenoss last week, and overall I'm very impressed.
However, I'm having some trouble using SNMP on my Windows servers. I
have the SNMP service installed and running, with the appropriate host
machines added to the list of addresses which can query SNMP, and I have
SNMP-Informant installed. I've verified the above by running "snmpwalk"
against the Windows machines, which works fine.
The problem is that Zenoss generates an error on each Windows machine
that says "snmp agent down on device server-name". When I run
"zenperfsnmp run -v 10 -d server-name", I get the following output:
INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:fetching configs for ['server-name']
DEBUG:zen.zenperfsnmp:received config for server-name
DEBUG:zen.zenperfsnmp:Gathering performance data for server-name
INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:Configured 1 of 1 devices

INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:Count 1 good 0 bad 0 time 0.000127
* DEBUG:zen.zenperfsnmp:Failed to collect on server-name

with no frames): exceptions.ValueError: invalid literal for int():
])

INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:Count 1 good 0 bad 1 time 0.003812
WARNING:zen.zenperfsnmp:snmp agent down on device server-name
The server name is obfuscated, but I am providing the FQDN in the
configuration and on the command line.
Does anybody have any idea at all what might be causing this? I've tried
removing all of the zCollectorPlugins, but this error still appears. I'm
at a complete loss. Thanks in advance for you help!
