Greetings, As I discover devices on my network and rename Product Key OIDs I have come across an issue and I can't figure out if it's a bug or user error.
Zenoss discovers Sharp MX-2300N printers and creates a product key with an OID of .1.3.6.1.4.1.2385.3.1.32.1.5 and places it in the /Manufacturers/Unknown container. I can click on this OID, change the Name and place it in the /Manufacturers/Sharp container. The next time Zenoss discovers another MX-2300N printer it creates a new Unknown Manufacturer product key. What gives?
