I would like to ask you for some Zenoss functionality purpose. We are IT providers and we wolud like to offer preventive and proactive maintenance task to customers, so support of customer sites can also be few time consuming and labor intensive. Zenoss can be installed/configured to be a solution which will enable to more effectively offer remote IT managed services to remote sites (customers)? Thanks in advance.
