I have been trying to get all the monitoring information available from a MySQL based server running on the linux platform. It is being accessed by the Zenoss server using the zenplugins over SSH.
The MySQL zenplugin is available and I can run the command manually to get the data back from the mysql status command, but I can't find a way to get Zenoss to monitor this information itself. The biggest hurdle I can see is that there is no data collector plugin within zenoss core for mysql from zenplugins (my guess would be it should be something like zenoss.cmd.mysql). Am I missing something? Or is there another way I should be telling Zenoss to gather the MySQL information? Any help would be greatly appreciated. ------------------------ Daniel Hall -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=10440#10440 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
