While reading the announcement about version 2.0.5 yesterday I noticed the change for adding explanation and resolution to the events, so I thought I'd go ahead and upgrade.
My upgrade was from 2.0.3 to 2.0.5 on Centos4.5 using the RPMs. After successfully running the rpm -U I thought I'd look at new events to see if they had the explanation and resolution. I was unable to see any difference. I decided to look at the referenced ticket (#1888) and fix (changeset #6068). The change was pretty small, so I looked at the file on my system (Products/ZenEvents/EventClassInst.py). The change is not in the file. I've added the fix manually and am about to test it out.
