I get the correct value from SNMP.
I don't know how to check if the raw rrd data is correct.  I would assume not 
since the MAX value on the graph is wrong.
This is a GAUGE value.

I don't know how to do that.  Under the perf folder is just os and interfaces 
and filesystems.  There is nothing do to with memory.
