I manually added the patch to get explanation and resolution mapped into the events. These fields now show up in the details tab of the event when received.
My question then is, does anyone know if there's a way to be able to insert items from the details tab into the alert emails? I'd like to be able to have the explanation and resolution sent in the body of the email. I know I can do it by using a transform in the event to add it to the message, but that seems very redundant (and doesn't look very good in the event).
