Does anyone have a suggestion on how to pull tun0 data? When I do an snmpwalk
against the device it is defined as down operationally, even though it is
working properly. (Zenoss reflects this as well) I am guessing that is why
Zenoss is not grabbing my stats.

Here is what I have from an ifconfig:

tun0      Link encap:UNSPEC  HWaddr
00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
          inet addr:172.xxx.xxx.x  P-t-P:172.xx.xxx.x  Mask:255.255.252.0
          UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:172629193 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:213890548 errors:0 dropped:8825 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:100
          RX bytes:353977995 (337.5 MiB)  TX bytes:1853137339 (1.7 GiB)

And from the walk:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.2.9 = STRING: tun0
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.3.9 = INTEGER: other(1)      (encapsulation type)
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.4.9 = INTEGER: 1500
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.5.9 = Gauge32: 0                (interface speed)
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.6.9 = STRING:                     (MAC)
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.8.9 = INTEGER: down(2)       (operational status)
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.11.9 = Counter32: 172637473
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16.9 = Counter32: 1855442924
.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.17.9 = Counter32: 213907013
