I believe that it is ready. The ISO is about 408MB in size and consists of the up-to-date packages needed to do a minimal install plus the steps found here: http://www.zenoss.com/community/docs/install-guides/install-on-el5/
You'll boot to the ISO, specify keyboard language, timezone, and root password and it will do the rest. It will reboot twice and upon the next login you will be shown the IP address to use to login to the Zenoss web interface.
