Try adding a device. That will get you Ping and SNMP. Assuming you have SNMP permissions set properly you'll get most of what you want - it will see most IP services automatically. Click on the ones you want monitored and set monitor to true.

You probably want to do this at the top of the tree so it propagates out to all servers, but you could do it server by server.
