These steps should work for this issue as well... Haven't tested for this exact issue, but I think the theory is still the same :) For an explanation of the matching process, see this thread: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3019
1. From the OS tab of the device, open the menu and add a new IpInterface 2. Give it an ID of VIP (I use this to designate Virtual IP) 3. When the info comes up for the newly created interface, change the Operational status and administrative status to up. 4. Add your IP address to the IP address field 5. Set the type to propVirtual 6. Open the menu and select lock. Lock if from updates and deletion Hope this helps!! ------------------------ Russ Uhte -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://community.zenoss.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=10664#10664 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
