You seem to have a couple of issues confused. Firstly, Zenoss and snmpwalk have nothing to do with each other, yes Zenoss uses snmpwalk and some tools from the snmp client tool set, but overall these are two separate projects. This means that if you load a MIB into Zenoss it will not effect the output snmpwalk produces. If you'd like to see the proper snmp variable names you should make the MIB available to snmpwalk and the other net-tool snmp tools (see http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/TUT:Using_and_loading_MIBS for more info). Secondly Zenoss does not use MIBs for anything but snmp traps. This means that if you want to poll OIDs that don't get polled by default you need to create a custom template and add those OIDs, a good place to start with this would be to modify an existing template.
