Heartbeat errors on zencommand would indicate that it isn't able to
report in as often as it should. A lot of the time this can mean that
it is overloaded. It would be easier to tell if you could post some
of your zencommand.log. Be sure to comb through it first to make sure
that there is no sensitive information in it.
