Hello,
I just got Zenoss up and running and must say it initially looks terrific! I
currently have it monitoring two servers, itself, and a Netopia router without
incident. As a matter of fact that went impressively smooth. My problem is
with alerts. I have set up the rules and to answer the common questions on
this forum:

1) Yes, it is enabled
2) Yes, my email is in the user field
3) Yes, there is an optional email
4) Yes, the test works
5) The filter is Severity >= clear (my attempt at all)
6) No, iptables is disabled

However, when an alert email is sent sendmail logs an error (see bellow). This
happens every time, I can shut a interface, wait for the event , and watch the
sendmail log write a new error (like clock work). Weird part is clicking test
in zenoss works fine. So does sending emails from the terminal.

Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated!
