I saw this after my upgrade as well. It looks like the upgrade did not complete thouroughly. These messages were generated on my first attempt at starting the zenoss processes, as the zenoss user. After I killed all the runnign processes, fixed a permissions p[roblem on the zensocket binary and started as root, I never got any more of these messages.
