The plot thickens:
I noticed that after manuall restarting zenactions as the zenoss user the
problem would stop for a while...
I also decided to stop the zenactions process altogether and run it manually
with: 'zenactions run' and i got this error:
INFO:zen.ZenActions:Processed 0 commands in 0.001633
INFO:zen.ZenActions:sent email:[zenoss] ddbpaulin-lnx.dynadocs.com

Perhaps this might explain this issue??
