Cannot add Groups, Locations and Networks as the Add button is missing in the Zenoss Core 2.1 Virtual Appliance. This occurs whether you're using IE 7.0 or Firefox.
If you're used to the 1.x web interface you'll find that the Add buttons are gone from the bottoms of nearly all of the tables. You'll find their equivalents under the drop-down menu in the upper-left corner of the table instead.
