If you have not already, make sure you discover your routers first. su - zenoss $ZENHOME/bin/zendisc run --routers
This will go through the routing tables and add the routers to zenoss. Then as either the user 'zenoss' try discovery of a network or as root the whole network (not recommended IMO).
