Is it possible to send an email alert, but not the clear? We are looking to monitor event logs that won't always produce any type of clear event (eg, failed login attempts because account is disabled). Because of this, it would overload the helpdesk with emails if they received a clear email every time something aged out of the current events.
I'm not sure if it makes a difference but the priority of these events is set to info since the sys admins aren't concerned with these events and they are more to help the helpdesk troubleshoot issues.
