ValueError: invalid literal for int(): 24a This error is due to the check that DbConnectionPool.py does against you MySQL database version. If you check I bet you are running 5.0.24a and it checks for an integer and since it has a character also it is failing. I had the same problem just went to 5.0.26 so it wouldn't do that and ran zenmigrate again.
