Looks like your $ZENHOME is set to /usr/local/zenoss. This is common for a source install, but for rpm installs $ZENHOME is usually /opt/zenoss. I've seen similar problems when someone switches from source to rpm install or vice versa. Check that $ZENHOME is set correctly for the zenoss user. As for the problems with graph issue, did you upgrade from the 2.0.90 beta? Try running zenmigrate again, that might fix error page.
