Hello,
I've setup zenoss 2.0.6 (vm) and I'm starting to test it on about 100 devices
on the internet. The main problem I've found is about the low connection speed
with some of those devices (I've got 140+ alert emails in one night, only
critical levels) because of that. Is there a way so I can setup alerts and they
are sent out only if a critical state lasts for more than ie one hour ?

Other newbies questions:
* I've found in another post that I can customize the device informations box.
I'd like to display some non standard snmp strings. How can I do that ? I've
not found the howto referred in this post :(
* How can I add snmp data to be collected for a lot of devices at the same time
? I've assigned my devices to separate devices classes and created a template
for each class but it seems nothing is collected
* what is the preferred method of updating zenoss in a vm ? In case it's better
to download a new version is there a way to export all the data to the old one
and import back in the new one ?

thanks a lot

giuliano
