short answere nope. distributed monitoring is possible, but not in this fashion AFAIK. you can distribute the perf & status monitors but that requires a couple of ports and mysql to be available (at this point) and they woln't be secure unless you tunnel them over something. ie a vpn. you could always do a point to point soft VPN from each box over 443 since it seems like you have that port available or spring for 2 pix 501's and put 2 interfaces in each zen box...
