I've searched through the forums, and found a couple people who
mentioned a lack of zCollectorPlugins, however one thing I have not
yet found is a list of the plugins available, what they do, and
most importantly if there are default settings for the various
device classes.
I upgraded from 1.1.1 (I think, don't remember now) to 2.0.6, and I
have no entries for any of the zCollectorPlugins for any device
class. Can someone tell me what the "default" values should be?
Can someone list what each plugin does, since some of them don't
appear to be as obvious?
There is a migration script called zCollectorPlugins that sets up the
defaults. You can try to run it manually as the zenoss user:
zenmigrate --step=zCollectorPlugins
