I'm getting the sense that we should not consider the trunk as a betaversion of 2.1; my current test instance from the trunk calls itself version2.1.70.
That would the the right sense to get. The trunk has been branched to branches/zenoss-2.1.x in preparation for the Core 2.1 release. We're now free to use the trunk as the bleeding edge again.
